This record is only as complete as the citizens who maintain it. You do not need to be a programmer — you do not need an account anywhere, and you do not need to identify yourself. Whatever the path, one rule is absolute: every entry needs sources — official reports, court records, or established news organisations.

No account, no email, no name. Your submission becomes a public GitHub issue on the record's repository — visible to all, so even the review process is auditable. A maintainer verifies the sources and drafts the entry.
📝 GitHub form — no coding needed
If you have a free GitHub account, a guided issue form asks the right questions and lets you follow the discussion on your suggestion.
🔧 Pull request — for the technical
Each event is one Markdown file with a strict, build-enforced schema. Fork the
repository, add your entry under
src/content/events/, and open a PR — or pick up an approved
entry suggestion and turn it into an entry. The format and sourcing standards
are in CONTRIBUTING.md.
What happens to every submission
- It becomes a public, labelled issue — the queue itself is open to audit.
- Sources are checked. No verifiable sources, no entry — regardless of who suggests it.
- Entries are drafted in neutral language with an honest status label — alleged is never dressed up as convicted.
